Hanging baby cribs became a natural growth from the hammock chairs and hammocks that we at Designsmith manufacture.

Back in 1996, or thereabout, I started to manufacture hammocks from my home.

The designs soon evolved and it wasn’t long before I was doing a very large range of different products including a hanging baby crib.

While my complete range eventually covered a very large range of furniture and products only a few of the designs remain in production.

The hanging baby crib is one of the designs.

They will in fact stop all production of these hammocks and baby cribs shortly and will only be selling a how-to-make-your-own-hammock book from then on.
